Upon becoming a member, you'll receive access to 1TB of secure cloud storage. This can be used for backing up important documents, photos, videos, and files. We'll help you set it up during your first session and ensure automatic backups are configured.
Yes! Your membership benefits can be extended to immediate family members living in the same household. They'll enjoy the same 50% off technician fees, free support calls, and other perks. Just let us know when scheduling.
If you're not satisfied with the outcome of a service visit, we'll waive the technician's fee entirely. Note that travel expenses, on-site visit fees, and any parts/procurement costs still apply. This guarantee doesn't cover hardware issues, third-party outages, or situations where our recommendations are declined.
Members receive proactive health checks for one primary device (computer). We can perform these monthly or quarterly based on your preference. Checks include security scans, malware detection, performance optimization, and backup verification. You'll receive a detailed report after each check.
Priority Support means members get scheduled first. In most cases, we can offer same-day or next-day appointments. You also get direct access to senior technicians and faster response times on phone, text, and email support inquiries.
You can manage your membership by contacting us via email or phone. Memberships are prepaid for the selected duration and are non-refundable, but you can upgrade to a longer plan at any time by paying the difference.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the IT Guy Next Door Premium Membership ("Membership"). By purchasing a Membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms in addition to our general Terms of Service.
The IT Guy Next Door Premium Membership provides subscribers with various benefits including discounted service rates, free support channels, cloud storage access, and other perks as described on this page. Benefits are subject to availability and may be modified with reasonable notice.
Membership is available to individuals and households within our service area (NY, NJ, CT). Business memberships are available under separate custom agreements. By enrolling, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and authorized to purchase the membership.
Membership fees are charged as a one-time payment for the selected duration (1, 3, 6, or 12 months). Payment is due at the time of enrollment. We accept major credit cards and cash. Memberships are prepaid and non-refundable except as required by law.
Membership benefits may be extended to immediate family members residing at the same address. Benefits cannot be resold, transferred to non-family members, or used for commercial purposes without a business membership agreement.
Memberships are auto-renewed until cancelled. You may upgrade to a longer plan at any time by paying the price difference. Downgrades or partial refunds are not available.
We reserve the right to terminate membership for abuse, fraud, violation of these Terms, or conduct that negatively impacts our operations. In cases of termination for cause, no refund will be provided.
We may modify membership benefits with at least 3 days' notice. Significant reductions in benefits will entitle active members to a prorated refund if they choose to cancel.
All services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee resolution of every technical issue. Membership does not create any warranty beyond what is explicitly stated. See our general Terms of Service for complete disclaimers and limitations of liability.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey without regard to conflict of law principles.

We retain membership records and service history for the duration of your membership plus seven years for legal and tax purposes. Cloud storage data is retained according to our cloud partner's policies and is deleted upon membership termination unless you request a data export.

Membership is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us.
